Jim Vogelman is the duly authorized WERSI Distributor for the US. WERSI products are distributed worldwide, and the company has maintained only distributors for its products, all of whom are well supported largely by internet servicing, and multiple online information forums. In the US, through MITA, (Musical Instrument Technicians Association) Jim has access to service technicians nationally.
Moreover, Jim has been in the music industry for over 50 years as an artist, arranger, accompanist, lecturer, musical director, church organist and choir director. He has toured with multi-platinum international performing artists and has performed and arranged for Walt Disney studios. He has lectured and concertized extensively both nationally and internationally as Lowrey Organ company’s premier artist for over 30 years.
Jim’s organ instruction has been with Esther Higgins, noted theater, church organist and published composer and author of Philadelphia PA and Camden NJ, and with Dr. Nelson Valentine, New York City, former organist at St John the Divine, New York City.
As a church organist for every major Christian denomination since the age of 16, Jim has also acted as a product specialist, and digital programmer for the Lowrey division of Kawai pianos during the same 30-year period. His digital arrangements and programming experiences have been used on products by Yamaha, Roland, Kawai and Lowrey, and his orchestration and preset combinations have been published and incorporated into Lowrey products, used worldwide. Jim holds an international patent by way of his ownership of the original, legendary performing act, THE INK SPOTS, trademarked in 1945.
Now he is enjoying a successful professional, artistic and sales affiliation with WERSI, whose artists he has performed and toured with in Europe for over 25 years.
